A. The souls of believers are at their death made perfect in holiness (Heb. 12:23 and do immediately pass into glory, (Phil. 1:23; 2 Cor. 5:8; Lk. 23:43), and their bodies, being still united to Christ (1 Thess. 4:14), do rest in their graves (Isaiah 57:2) till the resurrection (Job 19:26).

We don't believe in Christ just because we want to be saved in the times of our death. Personally, i believe in God because that's the right thing to do. He has always been with me through thick in thin. There may be wishes that were not granted, but those are not enough reason why i should stop believing. I know nothing about death, but of course I want to be saved too if such thing really happens!
